The Ibex Service Guarantee
We fully guarantee the service we provide to all our customers. While we all strive for perfection, we also know that errors can occur. Ibex customer service representatives are empowered to resolve any service related issue and in doing so, ensure a prompt and more than satisfactory resolution on behalf of our customer.
Delivery
For standard deliveries we use FedEx Ground which usually takes between 3-5 business days depending on the delivery address. If you are in a hurry, we offer FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2 Day service for an additional charge. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO or Post Office box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Certain Alaskan addresses will be shipped via Priority Mail.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer FedEx Ground Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii

Returns
We are confident you will be more than pleased with your Ibex purchase. If, however, you need to return your purchase for a refund or exchange please complete the Merchandise Return Form included with your order and place it in the box with the item(s) you are returning. No RA (Return Authorization) is required.
Return shipping is paid by the customer and not provided by Ibex. You may use whichever method of shipping is best for you (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc). If this is for an exchange, Ibex will be covering the shipping costs to send the exchanged item back to you.
Please note that if your order had an item that was sent in error or was defective, please call or email Ibex and we will supply you with a pre-paid FedEx return label. If you are returning a gift, it can be exchanged for another item or you may receive credit in the form of an Ibex gift card. We will not credit a gift purchase back to your credit card.
Note: Due to the increased business and returns during the holiday season, our return process is a bit slower than usual. We are currently able to process returns 1 week after they arrive. Please be patient and we will process your return as soon as we can.
