We try to impart our passion and care for clothing in everything we make, so we take our returns seriously and we make good on our promise. In short, we stand behind our products. If you feel like an ibex product hasn’t lived up to your expectation, return it to us for warranty review.

We believe in our products, our process and our mission: to create the best clothing on earth. On the rare occasion, when one of our products has a problem, we want to know about it. We provide a complete warranty against manufacturing and material defects for their lifetime. (And our garments tend to have long lives.) If you have received an item of ours that simply has a defect, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.

In consideration between warranties versus wear and tear, please know items in question are covered due to manufacturing defect i.e., zippers, buttons, snaps, sewing defects etc. Items that are damaged due to wear & tear, mishandling, and negligence do not fall under warranty.

Returns due to size, fit and color must be returned within 60 days with tags still attached. All warranty returns should be laundered prior to sending back to Ibex.

If you feel like you have worn your item to the end of its life and want to rest assured that it will be properly repurposed, please send it in with a note letting us know it’s here for recycle. We will give it a nice eulogy and send it along to be made into a felt bag.
