- Residents of Alaska and Hawaii will receive an additional $5.00 credit on their order toward 2nd day shipping. (therefore during promo 2nd day shipping cost = $8.00)
- Standard rate for overnight shipping still applies for AK and HI.

| Order Policies |
- Orders placed after 2p.m. EST (11 am PST) will be processed and shipped on the next open business day.
- Orders placed after 2p.m. EST (11 am PST) on Friday and throughout the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next open business day.
- Ibex preferred method for delivery is FedEx, however UPS or USPS is used when requested or needed. Same shipping and handling rates apply.
- All orders shipping to a PO Box will be shipped out with US Priority Mail.

When an order is placed to estimate the arrival day, please count the day the order is placed as “day zero” and begin your count the following business day.

FedEx 2nd Day: Will be delivered in 2 business days, to most areas, but may take up to 3 business days. FedEx 2nd day service days are Monday – Friday.
