How Do I Determine My Size?

We recommend a general body measurement guide to determine your size in Ibex clothing. This sizing chart is not garment specific, but in fact a body measurement chart. Here are some helpful hints when measuring:

Bust/Chest: relax arms at sides, keeping the tape parallel to the floor, measure the fullest part of your bust/chest
Waist: keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose, measure around your natural waistline
Hips: standing with heels together, keep the tape straight and parallel to the floor, measure around the fullest part of hips
Sleeve Length: a 3-point measurement, standing with arms relaxed and slightly bent at sides, measure from the base of the neck to the shoulder and then from the shoulder to the wrist bone, add together measurements
Form-fit: garment designed to fit snug to the body throughout
Semi-fit: garment will be contoured to the body
Regular-fit: garment will not be slim, but also not oversized
Relaxed-fit: garment drapes loosely on body

Good reviews. Could be helpful for my adult kids in this cold, wet Swiss climate--under their sport helmets and for every day in general. Summer is ending!

My second one - perfect weight, thinness, to fit under bike helmet and keep head and tip of ears warm, but not overheated, in Seattle's wet and cold winter

Rad under-helmet for cool/cold rides
This is the best under-helmet layer I've worn for a number of reasons: it's super breathable, it is slim enough for your regular helmet, the brim keeps snow and rain out of your glasses, and it keeps you warm but not too hot. It wicks the moisture away so youre not swimming in your sweat if you're cranking or if the weather warms a bit. 100% bomber piece, a must have for year-round cyclists.

Well designed, thanks IBEX
Great IBEX wool flat stitching construction. Fits great under my Catlike helmet. Wool is doubled over the ears, blocks about 85% of the wind while remains breathable. Wore it in 30 degrees and was almost too warm... wore it in 20 degrees and it was just perfect for commuting. The cut is great, the brim is good... maybe could be a little longer? But I'm a brim kind of guy! Some may think it's

Fantastic Hat
I plan to use this adorable cap for everything from casual wear to cycling and snowshoeing! It is very thin, so it will fit under my cycling helmet and won't get me too hot, which is the problem I have with most hats. I have a very small head, so it fits very well and covers my ears. I had my husband try it on to see if it fit him, and it did! His head would be on the medium/large side. He wa

Great for cold/wet cycling
Works great under a helmet and in the cold and/or rain. A bit lighter than the Meru so I wear this down to about 35F and then switch to the Meru for 25-35F. Ibex doesn't carry anything that works under a helmet for colder temps than that.

Perfect, if you're one-size fits most
Disclosure: I received this hat from Ibex as a thank-you from a special promotion.

I would absolutely love this hat except for one issue- I have a size 7 7/8 hat size, and the one-size fits most goes to maybe a 7 1/2 or 7 3/8. So I can't quite pull the clever ear flaps over my ears, and the hat tends to ride up under my helmet.

I gave it to my friend who has a smaller hat size, and she raves abo

Coppi Played in the Snow...Didn't He?
The operative word was 'thin', which someone used to describe the Coppi. I'm a furnace, and even my Meru's double-thickness around the forehead is too insulated for me to wear under my biking helmet for very long before getting over-warm. I can't even wear a hat in temps over about 45 because I'll sweat them out. So, thin was intriguing.

I wore my new Coppi snowshoeing in 25 degrees, even brea

Useful article of clothing.
Retains warmth in the head for early morning cycling starts. Then remove it as the temperature rises toward noon. Perfect.

Winter riding
This was a little too small to cover my ears completely (hat size 7 5/8), but it doesn't matter, as my husband loves it, and rarely lets me wear it. Obviously, it's a great cycling cap, and works beautifully under a helmet.

This hat will make you faster!
I lied. It won't make you faster, but you will be comfortable. Great under helmet cycling cap - breathable, not too thick or thin, and it looks good.

Soft and arm
This is probably the nicest wool hat that easily fits under bicycle helmet. It's neither too thin nor too thick. It has a nice soft bill that doesn't cut in the forehead. It is breathable, soft and warm but not too warm so it can be worn around camp sites as well. It grips well too but not too hard so it doesn't leave nasty marks on skin.I wish it didn't stretch that much (it's rather elastic and
