All About The Wool
Wool Type +
Jacquard is an intricate double knit that lends a less conventional look to wool fabric. Bearing bold prints, uncompromising Ibex durability, an ultra soft feel and the natural performance of 18.5 micron fiber, jacquard is a foundation fabric for a wide mix of Ibex lifestyle garments. 100% Merino Wool
Benefits of Wool
Wool garments offer substantially more protection from UV exposure than traditional summer fabrics, like cotton.
Wool draws moisture away from the skin and evaporates moisture, regulating body temperature in all conditions.
Ibex wool products naturally include antimicrobial properties, keeping your garment odor-free.
Wool fights off weather and dirt and prevents stains, making Ibex easy to wash and easy to keep clean.
Because Ibex is made from very small micron diameter fibers, our garments are extremely soft and comfortable.
The craftspeople who are involved in every step of the process–from the sheep, to the spinners, to the sewers–are carefully hand-selected.
Because we use wool–a natural and renewable fiber– Ibex is good for you and good for the Earth.
Ibex wool garments resist heat. They don’t hold a flame and won’t melt like synthetic fabrics and fibers.
We recommend a general body measurement guide to determine your size in Ibex clothing. This sizing chart is not garment specific, but in fact a body measurement chart. Here are some helpful hints when measuring:
Bust/Chest: relax arms at sides, keeping the tape parallel to the floor, measure the fullest part of your bust/chest
Waist: keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose, measure around your natural waistline
Hips: standing with heels together, keep the tape straight and parallel to the floor, measure around the fullest part of hips
Sleeve Length: a 3-point measurement, standing with arms relaxed and slightly bent at sides, measure from the base of the neck to the shoulder and then from the shoulder to the wrist bone, add together measurements
Form-fit: garment designed to fit snug to the body throughout
Semi-fit: garment will be contoured to the body
Regular-fit: garment will not be slim, but also not oversized
Relaxed-fit: garment drapes loosely on body

I have two pairs of these gloves and wear them all the time. They are great for driving and for working in my office when it gets cold. I wanted to buy yet another pair and realized that Ibex didn't bring them back for this winter. I would love it if you brought them back again!
I have looked at the Juliette Fingerless Gloves for awhile. I decided to buy them earlier this autumn. I absolutely love them! I use them anytime its a bit chilly. For driving they are perfect because your fingers are not restricted by gloves. I have found even thin driving gloves can be too restrictive while steering, primarily because the fingers are too loose or too tight. When it's a bit
I love my Juliet fingerless gloves. They are soft and cozy. When it is exceptionally cold outside (or inside), I even slip them under my long sleeves or lengthen 3/4 length sleeves. An excellent accessory for 3/4 of the year, here in Wisconsin.
I love my fingerless gloves, especially with the fun Ibex print. My hands get cold when I work on the computer (unfortunately, I spend many hours at the computer). These gloves have helped keep my hands warm as I type, read, and do other sedentary things at home. The only downside is getting the glove over my watch. It's not an excessively bulky watch, but the gloves are meant to be fitted, and I
Please, please, please bring back the julliet and jaquard fingerless gloves! They are perfect for the office, by keeping the a/c chill away!! I wear mine alot and are great for hiking, jogging in the brisk mornings. I have had many compliments and people wondering how to get a pair.
I use them inside and outside and under other gloves when it is very cold. I need to be able to use my fingers in my farming chores so they are perfect. Great for lambing time and for cutting open bales of hay. And they go out to social occasions helping to dress me up, not the pair that have been in the barn, but the pair saved for good! I gave them as gifts for christmas to many of my lady frien
Perfect amount of coverage for cold weather in the Northeast! I wear fingerless gloves all fall and winter (only wear full gloves if I'm shoveling snow or doing snow sports). These are the ideal balance of dexterity and warmth. I also appreciate that they fold down so small - smaller than even fleece or handknit gloves. Bought an extra pair so that I always have them handy! (/pun) Hope these com
